D-skribe is a service of Optimiso Group SA, a Geneva-based company primarily active in Switzerland and France. Since its creation, the company’s organisational structure has revolved around systems management specialists and it is ISO 9001 certified.

D-skribe addresses its clients’ various internal organisational problems through its two related services:

• the creation and updating of organisational documentation service, D-skribe;
• Optimiso software development and distribution.

Over the years, the company’s provision of service has taken on an increasing importance. This led to the creation in 2008 of D-skribe, a specific brand devoted to service. 

Since then, the company has been composed of two distinct and complementary departments, with each one benefiting from the other’s expertise.

Garnering appreciation from many public and private institutions, D-skribe has a vast client base spanning a wide variety of sectors.

The company also draws from a large network of partners in Switzerland and France.

In 2009, ISO 9001 auditors and state authorities validated the solutions brought forth by D-skribe’s service.
